The Crime Analysts of Illinois Association is an organization to enhance effectiveness and overall knowledge in the fields of crime and intelligence analysis. Crime analysis is the identification, analysis and reporting of methods, patterns and trends in criminal activity. We also provide practical educational opportunities and training to create a network for the standardization of analytical techniques -- through which we hope to bring a more safe and effective community.
